Scan-to-Inspection is a form of inspection that uses 3D scanners to create a digital copy of a physical object, to be used as a reference for inspection with a CAD model. Our Scan-to-Inspection solution uses our in-house 3D scanners and software to offer various inspection services such as; First Article Inspection (FAI), Batch Inspection and Trend Analysis, and Damage Detection & Reporting. We also offer Automatic Robotic Inspections Systems that can be customized to the user’s needs.

FIRST ARTICLE INSPECTION (FAI)

A First Article Inspection (FAI) in the manufacturing industry enables suppliers to ensure and verify that parts meet quality standards and are compliant with industry regulations before they are mass produced.
