    Highest precision probing system in the market

    TrackProbe adopts high-precision optical tracking and robust algorithms to measure the shapes and GD&T of different parts with high accuracy. The volume accuracy is based on the distance away from the i-Tracker, and it ranges from 0.049 mm to 0.089 mm for volumes between 10.4 m³ to 49.0 m³ (distance of 3.5m to 6.0m).

    Extensive Measurement Range

    When combined with the i-Tracker Sharp, which has a large field-of-view, the i-Probe 500 can measure parts at a distance of up to 6 meters. The tracking distance can be extended and can reach 10 meters. Its wide-area measurement enables it to measure large-sized parts with high accuracy and excellent performance. Multiple i-Trackers can also be used to increase the measurement volume.

    Diverse Uses

    The i-Probe 500 is lightweight, portable, and reliable. It can be operated in various settings regardless of vibrations, temperature changes, humidity, and lighting. With dynamic referencing, it can calculate and correct position deviations to achieve high-precision measurements on shop floors or outdoors. It can deal with complex surfaces, high-precision parts, or large-scale parts without problems.

    The probe locations can be approached from any angle as long even a few of the i-Probe’s anti-fog targets is within the optical tracker cameras’ field of view. The i-Probe’s poses can be tracked and mapped to the coordinate systems in real time by the tracker so that it can measure continuously without the need to reposition.

    Easy Movement

    Based on advanced software and positioning algorithms, only a few markers are needed for the i-Tracker to move and continue tracking the i-Probe. It greatly simplifies the movement and measurement processes and it is powerful enough to obtain data of large parts at long distances.

    Two Modes of Data Transfer

    TrackProbe offers both wired and wireless data transfer options. The wireless mode allows users to measure on-site without any mechanical or cable constraints, while the wired mode ensures extra safety and reliability for data transfer in special situations.

    Our self-developed 3D software TViewer can automatically unify the coordinate systems of scan data and probing data so that users can switch between scanning and probing with ease, which offers smoother measurement experiences.

    Thanks to its 500-mm length (excluding the stylus), and sophisticated algorithm, the i-Probe 500 3D digitizer can measure reference holes, hidden points, or hard-to-reach areas with ease and high accuracy, even when some targets are blocked. This makes it flexible and adaptive to various structures, ideal for measuring automotive parts, complex aviation components, pipelines, holes, and irregular parts.

    The Trackprobe system allows for its measurement range to be dynamically extended by adding more i-Trackers. Large scale objects can be probed and measured without compromising accuracy by adding more i-Trackers on-site. i-Trackers can be added to the system wirelessly or with a wired connection.

    AirGO Power

    AirGO Power, is a new generation of smart wireless communication link, specially designed for mobile 3D scanning. In areas with no power supply, two exchangeable batteries provide an uninterruptible power supply. It has the capability to transform traditional 3D scanning methods by removing the need for a dedicated PC and long cables, allowing for true wireless 3D scanning.
    AirGO Power is compatible with all Scantech metrology-grade handheld scanners. Its onboard processor can compute and store massive scanned data, which can be transferred to a computer via Wi-Fi 6. With the help of projecting software and AR glasses, users can monitor the scanning progress in real time.

    MSCAN-L15

    The MSCAN-L15 photogrammetry system is tailored to deliver high-precision geometric measurements of large-scale workpieces. When used in conjunction with any Scantech 3D scanner, the volumetric accuracy can be greatly increased.
    The unique HDR mode of the MSCAN-L15 allows for great adaptability in various environments, while the use of blue LED lights increase the accuracy of the data. With a large scanning area and a long depth of field, the MSCAN-L15 can capture point data of large-scale projects and parts at a volumetric accuracy of 0.015 mm/m. It is a great tool for obtaining 3D data of deformed surfaces and generate intuitive deviation values.

    Got a Question About the TrackProbe 3D Probing System?

    The TrackProbe system is comaptible with the i-Trackers from both the TrackScan-Sharp series and the NimbleTrack.

    The TrackProbe system works in a similar way to the scanning systems. The i-Probe 500 has markers on its body in a unique pattern which the iTracker can use to track it in global space. The algorithm in the software can then calculate and capture the coordinate at the tip of the probe.
